Overview
What Bielby Group AI is, the lifecycle, and the operating principles behind it.
Updated 2026-09-01
Bielby Group AI is verified advertising infrastructure. It sits between an advertiser (or the platform acting on their behalf) and the advertising networks, and it standardises six things across every network: who the advertiser is, whether their advertising stack is healthy, whether a campaign was checked before submission, how it was launched, how it performs, and what was recorded.
The lifecycle
Operating principles
Network authority
Advertising networks retain final approval, policy, enforcement, and platform authority. Bielby Group AI provides infrastructure and operating controls around advertising workflows; it does not make approval or enforcement decisions on behalf of advertising networks. A passing Preflight is an assessment, not a guarantee.
Advertiser authorization
Network connections are established through authorized advertiser relationships and supported platform workflows. Bielby Group AI preserves the relationship between the advertiser, workspace, network connection, permissions, and resulting advertising activity.
Human accountability
Material automated actions remain attributable to an actor and can require explicit human approval. Bielby Group AI is designed to increase operational efficiency without removing responsibility for important decisions.
Traceability
Important state changes, assessments, submissions, network outcomes, infrastructure incidents, and material actions are recorded. This creates a persistent operating history around the advertiser and its advertising activity.
Network-specific controls
Bielby Group AI preserves network-specific permissions, requirements, capabilities, and limitations rather than treating every advertising network as identical. This is important because Bielby Group AI provides a normalized operating model while respecting the underlying rules and technical behavior of each network.
Evidence before action
Bielby Group AI surfaces the context and evidence behind important assessments and recommendations so operators can understand why an action is being proposed before approving it.
How to read these docs
- Start with Quickstart for the shortest path from a new advertiser to a screened, submitted campaign.
- Read Core object model before designing your data layer — most integration mistakes are modelling mistakes.
- Use API basics for the conventions that apply to every endpoint: scopes, idempotency, pagination, retries, versioning.
- Platform teams embedding Bielby Group AI for their own customers should read the Platform implementation guide end to end.
